Below are some practiced salads, fruit platter and fresh juices to rejuvenate your lifestyle for 7 day challenge that you can follow. Try these easy, homemade and fresh food for your challenge.

Salads

1. Vegetable Salad 

    This green salad contains green veggies which include:
  • French Beans
  • Broccoli
  • Cabbage
  • Cucumber  
  • Capsicum
  • Carrot
  • Tomato

2. Raw Salad and Boiled Whole Green Gram

    The raw salad contained finely chopped
  • Cabbage
  • Green onion
  • Coriander
  • Beetroot 
  • Seeds of pomegranate
  • and a big piece of lemon
    Along with is boiled whole green gram. It can be seasoned with salt and pepper as per owns choice. Some may prefer to add lime juice and coriander leaves and some chat masala.

3. Guacamole

    Guacamole is an avocado-based, dip, spread or salad first developed by the Aztecs in what is now Mexio. It has become part of international and American dip, condiment and salad ingredient. It contains
  • Lettus leaves
  • Onions
  • Tomato 
  • Avocado

4 . Broccoli Salad
     This broccoli salad contains more of broccoli, half tomato and cucumber. It is mixed well with the salad sauce with black pepper.

     This beautiful salad is pure raw. It contains several items which includes
  • Finely chopped raw cabbage
  • Raw sprouted whole green gram
  • Roasted Peanuts
  • One big spoon Pomegranate
  • Grapes
  • Sprouted chana
  • Dates
  • Pieces of banana 
  • and some chilies



6. Cheek-Pea Salad

    Cheek-pea also known as garbanzo is low in terms of fat and can be eaten dinner. This salad contains grated cabbage and beet root along with boiled cheek pea. It can be dressed with salad sauce and black pepper and salt as per owns choice.

1. Citrus Limetta

    Citrus Limetta is nothing but our most favorite fruit so called Mosambi., sweet lime, sweet lemon. It basically belongs to a family of sweet lime. Majority of mosambi fruit is mostly found in Asia. It aids:

  • Relieve constipation
  • Treatment for dehydration and sunstroke
  • Facilitates weight loss
  • Treatment for Jaundice
  • Other benefits includes in hair treatment and removes split ends.

4. Orange Juice
    The most enjoyed juice worldwide is Orange juice. High in concentrated vitamin C, helps promote bone formation, wound healing and gum health. It also prevents kidney stones.

5.  Mix Fruit
     Mix fruit juice is a combination of several fruits including mango, orange, watermelon, grapes, pineapple, papaya and sometimes apple.

6. Cucumber Mint Juice

This juice is contains the extract of lemon, cucumber and mint. For decor add some mint leaves and a piece of cucumber

7. Green Coconut

    Green coconut or Tender coconut is best to beat the heat in summer. They are now available road side everywhere. It strengthens immune system and serve as energy drink.




8. Dates and Pomegranate Juice

    Dates which are high source of energy, this juice is a combination of dates and pomegranate. This juice tastes sweet compared to any other juice.

Fruit Platter 

1. 3 Fruit Platter 

    This fruit platter, a combination of three fruits as seen in picture - Pomegranate, grapes and pieces of banana. Such fruit platter can be a kick start for your challenge.

2. Bali Fruit Platter 

This Bali fruit platter contains Musk Melon, Watermelon and Papaya which is served with honey and curd. Boiled eggs are placed for hubby's choice.
